Today LegalMasters.bg celebrates its sixth year.
The date of our launch is not accidental – on April 16, we also celebrate the Day of the Bulgarian Constitution – Lawyers’ Day
The beginning
On this date in 2020, our legal services platform was launched online.
From the very beginning, we set a clear goal – to provide a fast, convenient and accessible way to receive legal assistance and consultations. This way, we save time and effort for people who need legal help.
Our launch coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, which further solidified our belief that remote access to legal services is not just a convenience, but a necessity.
Back in 2020, we were convinced that the times when every service required physical presence and waiting in lines were a thing of the past. Today, we can confidently say that this vision turned out to be absolutely correct.
In our daily work, we actively use the opportunities of the digital environment. Thanks to this, our clients are both in Bulgaria and in different parts of the world – from Canada and the USA to Australia and New Zealand.
A large part of our processes are carried out entirely online. We file court documents, conduct electronic inquiries, and obtain documents, including copies of notarial deeds and various certificates.
Of course, we are aware that not every case can be resolved remotely. For such cases, our office in Sofia, 15 Petar Parchevich Street, is available, and meetings are held by appointment
Development and statistics
In the six years since its creation, LegalMasters.bg has undergone serious development and upgrading. We have updated the site design, created an English version, expanded the scope of services, and continue to publish useful and up-to-date content.
During this period, the platform increased its audience nearly eightfold – a result that clearly shows that we are on the right track.
About 90% of our users are located in Bulgaria. In the first three years, the audience was almost evenly divided between men and women. In recent years, there has been a predominance of women – last year they were 64% of all users.
The most active age group remains between 45 and 54 years old.
About 10% of visitors are from outside the country, with the largest numbers coming from Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria and Spain.
Most popular materials
As in previous years, the most used tool on the site remains the calculator for calculating notary fees in real estate transactions.
Among the most read materials in the last year are the article “Lost notarial deed. What to do?” and the material from the LegalMasterClass column – “5 ways to protect yourself when lending money”
We will continue to develop our content in the future by publishing up-to-date and practically useful articles to support our users’ informed choices.
Real estate transactions and cases
Over the years, the firm’s team has built significant expertise in the field of real estate transactions.
We provide assistance at all stages of the process. From the initial property survey, through the preparation of preliminary contracts, to the finalization of transactions and subsequent declaration.
The site has a specialized section with services in the field of real estate – from preparing reports and obtaining documents to comprehensive legal services for transactions.
Since our establishment, we have participated in over 130 real estate transactions in various cities across the country – including purchases and sales, donations and divisions.
We approach the protection of the interests of both buyers and sellers with equal responsibility.
The battles in court
And in the sixth year, we continued to successfully conduct civil, commercial and administrative cases before various judicial instances and specialized bodies.
We do not shy away from complex cases – including serious property disputes, divisions, property claims, as well as cases for termination of alimony and custody agreements.
We continue to protect the interests of citizens both in disputes with monopoly companies – electricity distribution, district heating and water and sewerage operators, as well as against banks, collection and insurance companies.
We also have experience in enforcement proceedings, representing both creditors and debtors.

During the year, we also successfully provided legal assistance to businesses.
We worked on registering new companies, making company changes, transactions with commercial enterprises, as well as liquidation procedures.
Free resources
LegalMasters.bg also has a section with free legal documents.
It includes templates prepared by us for common life situations – termination or amendment of a rental agreement, vehicle sales contracts, receipts, and more.
Our goal is to provide practical tools that are truly useful in everyday life.
