When faced with a claim against them, debtors also have instruments of defence. These are used to counter groundless claims by creditors or to protect those parts of their property that the law does not allow to be cashed down.

- Defence in legal proceedings – we take over the defence in ongoing cases or initiate cases to establish the undue value of the receivable. For example, in cases of running the statute of limitations or under any other circumstances when a court decision may establish that the debt is undue. If an executive process has been served, we undertake actions to stop the execution until the trial is completed. In this way, damages to the debtor’s property are avoided.
