How is the service requested and executed?
1. You fill in the details of your execution case and pay the attorney’s fee. You can pay through bank transfer.
2. We will contact you within one working day to obtain additional information about the case, and start researching the execution case. In order to perform the service, you authorize us to get access to your execution case.
3. We provide you with a written legal opinion on the possible defence actions during the execution. Upon request, we might prepare a proposal for future actions and attorney’s fees.

Our obligation
OUR COMMITMENT includes:
• Research and analysis of the circumstances of the execution case; For cases in Sofia, this is done by us in person at the bailiff’s office, and for cases outside of Sofia, we must be submitted a copy of the entire execution case. In case we organize to receive the case file from another city as a part of the performance of the assigned services, an additional fee should be negotiated and paid to us.
• Creation of a written legal opinion on the possible defence actions that might be undertaken.
Our commitment does not include undertaking any real legal actions on the defence. In case you would like to assign us such actions, additional remuneration should be agreed upon regarding them.
Clicking the REQUEST button is equivalent to entering into a contract for legal protection and assistance with the Law Firm “LegalMasters – Nedeva and Yordanova” and obliges us to provide you with the service that you have paid the attorney’s fee and have submitted all the necessary documents for.
What expenses would there be in addition to the service cost?
Additional costs may vary for each specific case.
Service Performance Timeframe
We prepare the legal opinion within 5 working days from the receipt of access to the execution case or a copy of it, unless otherwise agreed between us. If additional information, documents, or data from the applicant or a third party are needed for the execution of the service, the service performance timeframe might be extended accordingly.
Obligation of Confidentiality
Any information intended for the performance of the service provided, including such acquired through email and telephone, shall be deemed confidential and could not be an object of disclosure under the Attorney Act.
