How is the service requested and executed?
1. Fill out the application form and pay the service fee.
2. We will contact you within one business day, clarify all the details, and then begin preparing the transaction.
3. You will receive the finished documents for review and comments at the email address specified in the application until the final form of the transaction is finalized.
4. On the day and time of your notarial transaction, our lawyer will accompany you to the notary (only for the city of Sofia).

Our obligation
Our obligation includes:
- Consulting on the required documents for the property transaction;
- Preparation of a notarial deed and the declarations to it;
- Communication with the notary on the transaction;
- For the city of Sofia – accompanying your notarial transaction.
Our commitment does not include a property survey and preparation/review of a preliminary contract. If you need them, you can request another of our services for assistance in purchasing real estate or contact us for an individual offer.
In general, our commitment does not include the issuance of the usual transaction documents – sketches, tax assessment certificate, heirs’ certificate. In case you need it, we can also take on this task for an additional fee.
What expenses will there be in addition to the price of the service?
On the day of your notarial transaction, you will pay the fees due to the notary, registration fee, local tax. You can see their approximate value on our calculators.
Service performance period
5 business days from the provision of all necessary information and payment of the agreed fee.
Confidentiality obligation
Any information provided to us by you for the performance of the service, including that provided through communication by e-mail and telephone, is confidential and not subject to disclosure under the Bar Act.
Good to know
This service is most suitable for property transactions between close relatives and friends – purchase and sale, voluntary division between heirs, donation from parent to child, maintenance and care agreement, exchange, etc. In these cases, both parties know the history of the property and trust each other. There is no need to research the property and conclude a preliminary contract.
The notarial deed that we will prepare for you is particularly important, as it contains all the agreements between the parties. Through it, the buyer is legitimized as the new owner.
