This calculator of notarial fees for transactions calculates the fees and other expenses related to concluding transactions before a notary – local tax and registration fee.
Material interest – this is the value of the future transaction that will be specified in the notarial deed (contract). In some cases, fees are calculated based on other values. For example, the tax assessment in cases of donation deals, or based on the loan amount in cases of mortgages. If the tax assessment is higher than the market price, the higher value is considered.
It is important to note that the calculation of fees does not encompass fees for the attestation of the declarations under the Law on the Measures Against Money Laundering, Notaries and Notarial Activities Act, and the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code, which are additionally charged by the notary, and fees for the bank payment transfers of the registration fee and the local tax as well.
Local tax is not due in all types of transactions. For example, in mortgages and direct line donations. In voluntary partition agreements, local tax is not due unless the share owned before the partition increases. In that case, tax is due on the amount of the increase.
