This calculator of court fees computes the fee payable to the courts in the Republic of Bulgaria for civil and commercial cases involving monetary claims, such as:
- Amounts due under a contract
- Unpaid invoices between traders
- Penalty
- Interests for delay and others
Amount claimed – this is the amount you are owed and for which you would like to initiate legal proceedings. If there are penalties or interest for delay in addition to the amount claimed, you should also make a separate calculation for them, as they are deemed a second independent claim.

* Civil cases with a cost of the claim below €2,556.46 and commercial cases with a cost of the claim below €10,225.84 are not subject to a cassation appeal, therefore no fee will be due there.
