The calculator calculates the state fee payable to the courts in the Republic of Bulgaria for claims concerning real estate, such as:
- Rights of ownership or other property rights over immovable property
- Break of a contract whose subjects are property rights over real estate
- Conclusion of a final contract for the purchase of immovable property
Tax assessment of the property – this is the value of the property determined for tax purposes by the municipality where it is located.
If the claim relates only to an ideal part of the property, calculate this ideal part of the tax assessment in advance and then enter the resulting number.
If several persons file the claim, the court fee is determined and paid separately for each of them.
