This public sale calculator computes the fee collected by Private Bailiffs (PB) for the preparation of a decree of award for buyers who have successfully participated in a public sale of a property within an execution process and of entrance of the buyers into possession of the property as well.
Sale price – this is the amount at which the bidding ended and the bidder has been declared as the buyer of the property.
It is good to know that although rare, there are cases when there is no need for the Private Bailff to make an entry into the property. For example, when the debtor surrenders it voluntarily. Then the entry fee should be 1 per cent of the sale price, but not less than BGN 200, and it should be subtracted from the result.
