The calculator computes the minimum attorney fee due for the initiation, prosecution or defence during the executive process regarding monetary claims in compliance with the Ordinance of the Supreme Bar Council.
Amount of the debt – this is the amount specified in the writ of execution, including the principal, interest, and expenses.
The calculator does not calculate VAT on attorney fees. If your attorney is registered under the VAT Act, they should charge you additionally with the tax on the amount agreed.
Important! The calculator is aimed only to inform you about the minimum amount of attorney fees. Your attorney is not bound to negotiate a fee at the minimum rate, as it depends not only on the debt amount but on the factual and legal complexity of your case as well.
