The calculator computes the proportional fee of the Private Bailiffs (PB) for the collection of monetary receivables within an executive process.
Collected amount – this is the sum of the monetary claim that has been received in the accounts of the Bailiff. It includes the amounts paid directly to the creditor after the executive process has been initiated.
The fee for the collection of the debt is at the expense of the debtor, but in the case of small debts, the law limits this liability to the minimum wage (MMS), and the sum of the fees for the execution at the expense of the debtor may not exceed as follows: : for debts up to 10% of the MW, fees amounting to maximum 30% of the MW are due; for debts from 10% to 20% of the MW, fees amounting to maximum 40% of the MW are due; for debts from 20% to 50% of the MW, fees amounting to maximum 50% of the MW are due; for debts from 50% to 1 MW, fees amounting to maximum 70% of the MW are due; for debts from 1 to 2 MW, fees amounting to maximum 80% of the MW are due; for debts from 2 to 3 MW, fees amounting to maximum 90% of the MW are due. The remainder of the fee in these cases remains at the execution creditor’s expense.
