The calculator computes the minimum attorney fee for one judicial instance. It is due to the attorney for handling civil and commercial cases involving monetary and property claims, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Supreme Bar Council.
Amount of the claim – this is the amount you are owed or the price of the property for which the legal proceeding is being initiated.
The calculator does not calculate VAT on attorney fees. If your attorney is registered under the VAT Act, they should additionally charge you the tax on the amount agreed.
Important! The purpose of the calculator is solely to inform you about the minimum amount of attorney fees. Your attorney is not obligated to negotiate a fee at the minimum rate. The fee depends not only on the amount of the claim but also on the factual and legal complexity of your case.
