Personal identification data is required with a view to notarial attestation.
2. We will contact you within one business day to clarify all the details.
3. We will send you the document in a way that is convenient for you. If necessary, we will provide additional instructions for visiting a notary or a consular office abroad.

Our obligation
What does our commitment to you refer to?

What costs will there be besides the attorney’s fee?
For powers of attorney referring to real estate transactions, specific state institutions, banks, etc., you will incur additional expenses for notarial attestations of such power of attorney and the certification of additional declarations as per the particular case as well. Timeframe for the Performance of the Sevice
We create and send the power of attorney within 2 business days upon the receipt of all the necessary documents unless we have agreed on a different timeframe.
Obligation of Confidentiality
Any information intended for the performance of the service provided, including such acquired through email and telephone, shall be deemed confidential and could not be an object of disclosure under the Attorney Act.
