How is the service requested and executed?
1. You fill out the application form. We will contact you the same day and send you an offer for the legal service.
2. If you accept our offer, we will sign a contract, and you should pay the attorney’s fees – you can pay via bank transfer. If you wish, you can also pay the Trade Register fee together with the attorney’s fees.
3. We clarify all the details and start working on the service performance.
4. We send you the documents created with detailed instructions. You preview and sign them, and if necessary, visit a notary, bank, or administrative authority. If you haven’t included the government fee in your request, you should transfer this fee to the Trade Register’s bank account directly; otherwise, we cannot submit the documents.
5. You return all the documents to us. The easiest way to do that is by scanning the documents and sending them to us via email, but you can also deliver them in person at our office address or send them via courier service.

Our obligation
Our commitment refers to:
• Legal consultation regarding the desired sale of a business or transformation – this can be conducted in person at our office, as well as via phone or video call;
• Creation of all necessary legal documents (protocols, articles of association/articles of incorporation, declarations, etc.), as well as assistance with banks, notaries, or administrative authorities if necessary;
• Review of the documents signed once we receive them back from you;
• Submission of documents to the Trade Register and monitoring the application until its registration.
Our commitment does not include consultations on accounting matters, nor does it include the creation of documents of no legal character.
You should be aware that no obligations will arise for you by submitting the online request.
Upon receiving the completed online application, we, as the LegalMasters – Nedeva and Yordanova Law Firm, undertake to contact you the same day and send you an offer for the legal service. If you accept our offer, we will conclude a contract for legal protection and assistance.
What additional costs other than the attorney’s fees will be?
For the sale of a business or transformation, fees for the Trade Register and notarial certifications are due, which will be determined according to each specific case.
Service Performance Timeframe
We request the changes in the Commercial Register within 3 working days of receipt of all necessary documents unless we have agreed to another period. Usually, the register records the circumstances within 3 to 5 working days from the submission of the application. If you have previous unprocessed applications, the registration period may be extended.
Obligation of Confidentiality
Any information intended for the performance of the service provided, including such acquired through email and telephone, shall be deemed confidential and could not be an object of disclosure under the Attorney Act.
