How is the service requested and executed?
1. You fill out the request form. Within one working day, we will contact you and send you an offer and a quote for the legal service.
2. If you accept our offer, we sign a contract, and you pay the attorney’s fee. You can pay by bank transfer. You can also pay the state fee for the Commercial Register along with the attorney’s fee.
3. We clarify all the details and start working on the service performance.
4. We send you the documents for corporate changes drafted with detailed instructions. You review and sign them; if necessary, you visit a notary, bank, or administrative authority. If you haven’t included the state fee in your request, you pay this fee to the bank account of the Commercial Register directly; otherwise, we cannot submit your documents.
5. You return all the documents to us. The easiest way to do that is to scan the documents and send them to us by email, or you can deliver them personally to our office address or send them to us via courier service.
6. You receive confirmation of registration.

Our obligation
Our commitment refers to:
• Legal consultation regarding the corporate changes desired – this can be conducted through a personal meeting at our office or via phone or video call;
• Preparation of all necessary legal documents (protocols, articles of incorporation/corporate agreements, declarations, etc.), assistance with banks, notaries, or administrative authorities if necessary as well;
• Review of the documents signed once we receive them back from you;
• Submission of documents to the Commercial Register and tracking of the application until the changes are registered.
Our commitment does not include consultations on accounting matters, nor does it include drafting documents that do not have a legal character.
You should be aware that no obligations will arise for you by submitting the online request.
Upon receiving the complete online request, Law Firm “LegalMasters – Nedeva and Yordanova,” undertakes to contact you on the same day and send you an offer for the legal service. If you accept our offer and quote, we will conclude a contract for legal protection and assistance.
What expenses will there be in addition to the attorney’s fee?
You save 50% of the government fee, If the changes of OOD/EOOD and the respective changes of company circumstances in the Commercial Register are done electronically – you pay BGN 15 instead of the full amount of BGN 30.
Additionally, there might be notarization fees and other expenses depending on the specific case.
Service Performance Timeframe
We apply for changes in the Commercial Register within 3 working days upon the receipt of all the necessary documents unless we have agreed on a different timeframe. Typically, the registry records the changes within 3 to 5 working days from the submission of the application. If you have previous unprocessed applications, the registration period might be extended.
Obligation of Confidentiality
Any information intended for the performance of the service provided, including such acquired through email and telephone, shall be deemed confidential and could not be an object of disclosure under the Attorney Act.
