How is the service requested and executed?
1. You fill in the application form and pay the attorney’s fee – you can pay by bank transfer.
2. We contact you within one working day to clarify all the details.
Then we start researching the debtor’s assets and property. We use all the sources available, including public registries and legal information systems.
3. We provide you with a written legal opinion on the debt collection possibilities and the necessary actions to be undertaken. Upon request, we prepare an offer for the attorney’s fees for the requested debt collection activities.

Our obligation
What does our commitment to you refer to?
- Research of the debtor’s financial situation based on the data provided by the claimant, public registries, legal information systems, and any other sources available.
- Creation of a written legal opinion on the outcome of the research, the probability of the debt being paid, and the necessary legal actions that can be undertaken.
Our commitment does not include undertaking any actual legal action to collect or secure the debt. In case you would like to assign us such actions, additional remuneration should be agreed for them.
Submitting a request for the service is equivalent to entering into a contract for legal protection and assistance with the Law Firm “LegalMasters – Nedeva and Yordanova” and obliges us to provide you with the service that you have paid the legal fees and have submitted all the necessary documents for.
What other expenses will there be in addition to the attorney’s fee?
Additional expenses vary for each specific case.
Service Completion Timeframe
We prepare the opinion within 5 working days from the payment of the service, unless we have agreed on a different deadline. If the performance of the service requires the submission of additional information, documents, or data by the claimant or a third party, the deadline for performance should be extended accordingly.
Obligation of Confidentiality
Any information intended for the performance of the service provided, including such acquired through email and telephone, shall be deemed confidential and could not be an object of disclosure under the Attorney Act.
