How is the service requested and executed?
1. You fill in the application form. We will contact you for clarification of all the details within one working day, and send you an offer for the legal service.
2. In case you accept our offer, we conclude a contract with you and you should pay the attorney’s fee – you may pay this fee by bank transfer.
By this contract, you authorize us to act on your behalf in judicial/administrative proceedings.
3. We start the performance of the service – we prepare the complaint and submit it to the relevant court or administrative authority within the required timeframe, keeping you informed about the progress of the proceeding.

Our obligation
Our commitment includes:
• Preparation and submission of a complaint or other legal documents;
• Procedural representation in the respective proceeding before a first instance court or an administrative authority; if the court decision is being appealed before the next judicial instance, an additional attorney’s fee should be negotiated and paid;
You should be aware that by submitting the online request, you will not be liable for the performance of any legal obligations.
Upon the receipt of the complete online request, the Law Firm “LegalMasters – Nedeva and Yordanova”, undertake to contact you within one working day and send you an offer for the legal service. If you accept such an offer, we will conclude a contract for legal representation and assistance.
What expenses will there be besides the attorney’s fee?
Appealing penal orders is usually not associated with costs for state fees, but if such a fee is due, we will inform you additionally.
Service execution period
The execution period of the service is bound by the statutory appeal deadline, which varies for different administrative acts. We advise you to seek legal assistance on the same day you receive the document (penal order or electronic ticket) to effectively organize your defence.
Confidentiality obligation
Any information provided by you to us for the execution of the service, including that provided through email and telephone communication, is confidential and not subject to disclosure according to the Attorney Act.
