√ basic/full survey of the property based on data from the electronic database of the property register and documents provided by the owner;

√ review/preparation of a preliminary contract and revision;

x official certificate of encumbrances;

x communication with the parties to the transaction, bank, notary, etc.;

x review of a proposed version of a final contract (notarial deed);

x assistance in declaring the property in the municipality;

x declaration of the new owner in the cadastral map register;

x other legal assistance according to the specifics of your transaction;

 

MAIN PACKAGE (from 1190 BGN):

√ basic/full survey of the property, including research of ownership back in time as far as possible based on data in the registers;

√ review/preparation of a preliminary contract and revision;

√ official certificate of encumbrances;

√ communication with the parties to the transaction, bank, notary, etc.;

√ review/preparation of a final contract (notarial deed) and accompanying the notarial transaction;

x assistance in declaring the property in the municipality;

x declaration of the new owner in the cadastral map register;

x other legal assistance according to the specifics of your transaction;

 

COMPREHENSIVE ASSISTANCE – FULL PACKAGE (from 1690 BGN):

basic/full survey of the property, including research of the ownership back in time as far as possible according to data in the registers;

review/preparation of a draft of a preliminary contract and subsequent revisions;

√ official certificate of encumbrances;

√ communication with the parties to the transaction/bank/notary;

review/preparation of a final contract (notarial deed) and accompanying a notarial transaction;

√ assistance in declaring the property in the municipality;

√ declaration of the new owner in the cadastral map register;

√ other legal assistance according to the specifics of your transaction;

 

What expenses will there be in addition to the price of the service?

When preparing the transaction, you will have expenses mainly for securing financing – for example, bank fees, appraisals, etc. On the day of your notarial transaction, you will pay the fees due to the notary, registration fee, local tax, and if there is a mortgage accompanying the purchase, you will pay the relevant fees for it as well. Service performance period

 

The term of performance of the lawyer service coincides with the term of the transaction.
